Who would not want to possess a lean and ripped six pack abdominal muscle? Almost everyone wishes for six pack abs since highly ripped and defined abs are quite appealing. Of course, there is a tremendous difference between wanting to have six pack abs and actually getting them.

You need to get your diet under control. Developing a lean and ripped abdominal region is less about ab work and more about dieting. You need to get your body fat low enough that the abdominal muscles become visible.

Depending on your body fat percentage, you may end up with ripped abs if you cut enough calories out of your diet that at the end of the 6 weeks you will have eliminated a sufficient amount of stored fat. Often cutting 500 to 600 calories per day can lead to the cutting 1lb a week for the six week duration.
